How we approach the work

Better results come from the right plan.

01

Treatments with a purpose

Applications are timed to support active growth, summer colour and fall root development instead of applying the same product on an arbitrary schedule.

02

Turf-focused weed control

Our standard program targets weeds growing in lawn areas. Beds, rock, hard surfaces and specialty areas can be assessed separately where service is appropriate.

03

Better together

Fertilizer and weed control work best alongside consistent mowing, appropriate watering, core aeration and realistic expectations for soil and shade conditions.

Fertilizer & Weed Control questions

Useful answers before you book.

Every property is different. These answers cover the common starting points, and your written quote defines the exact scope.

How many treatments does a Calgary lawn need?

The right number depends on turf condition and your goals. Our seasonal programs typically combine multiple fertilizer applications with scheduled weed control and spot treatments.

Does weed control include garden and rock beds?

Standard weed control applies to turf areas only. Garden beds, decorative rock, patios, sidewalks and driveways are excluded unless specifically quoted.

Can fertilizer fix a thin lawn by itself?

Not always. Thin turf can also be caused by compacted soil, poor irrigation, shade, pet damage or unsuitable soil. We may recommend aeration, topdressing or overseeding as part of the solution.
